Welcome to koreanesl.com!

This site has been planned, designed and programmed by Rick Park with supports from many of his best friends.

Rick worked with Korean Air over 13 years as a system programmer, DBA, application programmer and system analyst.
Since landing in Canada, he has experienced himself in the EFL recruiting business for the complete preparation of this site. NOT now of course, for he has devoted himself fulltime to development and maintenance of this site.

KoreanESL Forum has something different from others. KoreanESL has three separate Forums for teachers, employers/parents and students, So if you want to post your message for viewing by Koreans also, just check the Com.Topic  mark when posting. Some of them will be selected and translated into Korean and shown on the Korean Forum at the same time. But sometimes webmaster willl select some of the usual posts to regard them as Com.Topics  if its necessary and meanful.  If you have something to discuss with employers, feel free to post it here.  KoreanESL's aim is to assist in facilitating optimum communication between foreigners and Koreans.

You can view Koreans' opinions here as well as teachers'.  Everybody thinks it's necessary to hear from both  sides to fix current problems.  If your advice and complaints are revealed to Korean society, public opinion can put pressure on the those in authority to find solutions to the current chaos in ESL education.  It's about time for everything to come out in the open. There is no doubt that a good teaching environment for teachers is an essential factor for providing effective EFL instruction for Korean students.

From now on, Rick will be maintaining this site around the clock to fulfill the needs of users as quickly as possible .

Any kind of posting is free of charge.
